How does the laser remove hair?
During treatment, we pass the Vectus laser over the areas to be targeted so it can deliver light energy to destroy the hair follicle. Multiple treatments are required to get optimal results because only hair follicles in the first stage of growth (anagen) are susceptible to treatment.
That’s why we offer packages of six individual treatments, which is the average number of treatments to achieve the best outcome. Depending on the area being treated, individual sessions are performed 4 – 10 weeks apart so that all of the unwanted hair follicles can be sufficiently treated.

Between your sessions, feel free to cut, trim, or shave hair in the treatment areas. However, it’s important that you do not tweeze, wax, or remove with any depilatories, as it will disrupt the hair growth pattern, traumatize the follicles, and make them resistant to treatment.
