The Waxing Moon phase is when a woman emerges from the hibernation of the Dark Moon menstrual phase and moves more actively towards ovulation.
While renewed vigour usually accompanies this phase, it can be tempting to power through to-do lists with little consideration for slowing down. However, it’s important to remind yourself to keep the balance, even during this more dynamic phase of the cycle. You need to ensure you stay grounded and nourished; it is easy to get carried away and do too much, especially if you have not taken the vital time to rest and rebuild your energy in the previous Dark Moon.
This beautiful feminine meditation, led by Ana Davis, Director and Founder of Bliss Baby Yoga and author of ‘Moving with the Moon: Yoga, Movement and Meditation for Every Phase of your Menstrual Cycle and Beyond‘, is specifically designed for the ‘Waxing Moon’ phase of your cycle.
