Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time under My account section. We will update you via email or SMS when your order leaves our warehouses.
How can I exchange or return an item purchased?
You have up to 30 days from reception of your order to exchange your item or request a refund. It’s very simple! Just follow the 3 steps below: 1. Drop us an email at support@iuiga.com with the subject “Exchange/ Return Request - Your Order Number”, to process your returns/exchanges. Please include your Name, Contact Number and Reasons for Exchanging/ Returning in the email. 2. Our friendly Customer Success team will be in touch with you to review Exchange/ Return eligibility. 3. After we confirm your purchase is valid for return, send the item to us by post to the following address: IUIGA RETURNS - Your Order Number 3 UBI AVENUE 3, #04-01 CROCODILE HOUSE, SINGAPORE 408857 We recommend you to send the items by registered mail. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items via your wallet credit. Can I cancel or change my order?
At the moment, it is not possible to cancel or change your order because we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website or app. If you change your mind, you can return your items once you have received your order. For more information, consult the Exchanges and Returns section.
I have a promotional or discount code. How do I use it for an online purchase?
When you arrive at check out page, input code under 'Promo code' tab and discount will be applied. *Only one promotional code may be used per purchase.
