Be Aware of Groupon App Glitches.
I purchased 4 Groupons and after redeeming 2 of them, the other two have disappeared. Literally, like they never existed. And as I mentioned, there no such thing as “Groupon Phone Support”. I had to wait 40 min for my other Groupons to “reappear” in my account. It happed in LA Zoo and the experience was really frustrating. Imagine waiting 40 min in line with a toddler.
