Pippa, 33, has been to a “leg school for the stars” in London’s posh Knightsbridge.
The Grace Belgravia – where lifetime membership is a snap at £55,000 – is home to Capri Palace Leg School.
Its treatments aim to leave legs feeling “lighter, fitter, smoother and slinkier-looking”.
But what else should brides think about a week before their big day?
Here is AMY JONES’ handy guide for blushing brides-to-be.
Healthy diet
AVOID alcohol and drink lots of liquids, particularly green tea and water.
Stay away from carbonated drinks, including diet sodas.
Stick to a fibre-and protein-rich diet, avoiding starchy carbs and refined sugar.

Fake tan
IF you want a healthy glow for your trip down the aisle, get a spray tan three days before.
It will look more natural and won’t leave orange marks on your dress.
And you can put on moisturiser without the risk of dodgy smudges.
Smooth legs
TO get pristine pins, you needn’t spend an arm and a leg on Pippa’s rumoured treatment.
Buy a firm, natural-bristle brush and use it for three minutes a day body-brushing your legs to combat cellulite.
Soft hands
SOFTEN your hands and strengthen nails by using sweet almond oil or coconut oil every day.
Hands get a lot of attention so if yours tend to be flaky, mix a little olive oil and salt to make a DIY scrub to gently exfoliate.
Beauty regime
NOW is not the time to try out a new beauty product – or even a new washing powder.
Any reaction could take days to calm down.
Instead, get your skin looking great by using a moisturiser enriched with vitamin E.
Waxing
IF you have never had a wax, don’t start now. You should begin the waxing process at least three months before your big day to avoid any swelling and irritation.
If you do wax regularly, book your treatment two days before the wedding.
Manicure
GEL manicuresbridal nails
Drying instantly and staying chip-free for weeks, they are a fail-safe option.
They can fade after a few days, so get them done just a day or two before to make sure everyone is well gel.
Toned arms
WHILE Pippa works on her legs, most brides should focus on toning their arms, as they are more likely to be on show.
Use dumbbells to work on your upper body with lateral raises, bicep curls and tricep extensions to tone up those arm muscles.
Sleep
THEY don’t call it beauty sleep for nothing, so try to get to bed a little earlier than usual the week before your big day.
The more rest, the better. Good sleep will banish eye bags, leave you looking fresh and help to reduce stress too.
Shoes
YOU will be spending at least eight hours in your wedding shoes so you want to break them in now.
Put them on for 30 minutes every day while you are doing your household chores and enjoy a quick dance to your favourite song.
Pack a bag
BRING pyjamas that you won’t mind being photographed in, plus an outfit for the morning after – unless you want to go to breakfast in your wedding dress.
Pack a honeymoon suitcase in the week before the wedding... not the night before.
