Boise, ID, August 30, 2013 --(PR.com)-- LunchBOX (a Waxing Salon), known since 2010 for its viral brand that happily encourages all to “Bare Your Beauty,” announced today it has awarded its first franchise in Eagle, Idaho, as part of an expansion plan to add 24 locations across several franchisees in other affluent, progressive communities in the next 18 months, all of which will be locally owned and operated.
Pattie Wells, a longtime Sun Valley resident who relocated to the booming bedroom community this past year, signed a single-store agreement as an owner/operator.
Wells, who has decades of previous business ownership experience in the fashion and beauty industries, said the established brand, turnkey system and continued support compelled her decision to join the LunchBOX franchise system as its inaugural franchisee.
“The entire LunchBOX team believes in what they do. They want to make every guest feel beautiful and cared for, and when it comes to caring for their franchisees, I can see there’s no difference. Knowing that belief system is at the LunchBOX core makes me confident in our collective success,” Wells said. “And Eagle is an ideal location for my salon to grow and flourish, because its residents are mindful about the people and places they choose to do business with.”
LunchBOX launched its national franchise program this year to answer growing consumer demand for expertly trained estheticians trained for the sole purpose of speed waxing in an environment that is dedicated to each guest’s comfort.
“Waxing is no longer taboo. Brazilian waxes are becoming mainstream, and men aren’t shy about coming in for manscaping,” LunchBOX Founder and CEO Debi Lane said. “We’re answering this overwhelming need to offer a place that doesn’t see waxing as an ad-on service or an afterthought. It’s all we do, and we are dedicated to doing it incredibly well.”
The popularity of the LunchBOX brand that cultivates curiosity, along with the proven system that includes custom products to pamper the skin of every guest before, during and after a session provide a foundation for LunchBOX franchisees to succeed in their respective communities and the growing $7 billion beauty industry.
Projected first-year sales are $337,000 (per two waxing suites) with gross profits of $181,526, based on 2012 operations of the LunchBOX corporate store in Boise, Idaho. The majority of LunchBOX salons will feature four-suite configurations for a $45,000 initial franchisee fee. Total initial investment costs are estimated between $181,202-$263,577 based on a 120-day build-out schedule.
