We entered isolation in the hope that we would emerge with glowing skin, at the very least. Confined to our homes and limiting ourselves to fewer activities, surely there would be more time for CTM routines, DIYs and self-care rituals that were bound to give us healthy skin at home with reduced issues, or so we thought. Instead of blemish-free skin, we broke out, our skin swung from dry to oily and our dark circles became darker. To help with this skincare crisis, we collected the most frequently faced dilemmas from six women across diverse professions, age groups and skin types, and got their grievances answered by New York-based dermatologist Dr Shereene Idriss.
