As a woman who has seen the trends come and go, I'd say keep the facial hair clean and trim, regardless of style A mustache shouldn't smell like yesterday's pastrami sandwich, and no woman wants to go to work w/ 2 -day beard burn!

The best moustache wax is Clubman's in my opinion. You get a little tube and a little brush for a little over $3. You can get it in clear, brown, or black. But my hub is more about moustache rides than moustache wax.

There are many different full beard types in this hub, I prefer the Leonidas or the Wiz on pure manliness alone. But in terms of everyday use, I enjoy the Norris or Leonidas.

Actually I don't like beards or mustaches at all. But now days it’s become a fashion to keep mustaches. Most of our film stars has it, they think with it they look more manly and they can leave their chocolaty boy look for a time being.

This answer doesn't only pertain to men, but also women. So I am going to go with the women's answer as I am one who does have to live with this aggravation. Are you a woman with unsightly facial hair? What do you do to get rid of the unwanted hair - Do you bleach, tweeze, wax, or shave? I'm going to give you a break down of each one and you can weigh the options. Firstly, bleaching can be effective to an extent. Meaning, for some darker, more coarse haired individuals this method will not work. It may turn it an orangey color, which would still be noticeable. On the other hand, for the thinner lighter hairs this is perfect for the following reasons: you don't have to worry about it growning back by the end of the day, it's painless, and effective. (Just don't keep the bleach on too long in case of burning. Ouch!) Next, tweezing is another alternative to the bleaching. I'll talk about the pros first. It's efficient and durable. You can't see the hair beneath the skin that is starting to grow out either. (aka five o'clock shadow) Now the Cons: It's time-consuming, painful and the old wives tale "you pluck one...10 more will sprout out." Another removal method is waxing. Waxing is quick, efficient, long-lasting, and my personal favorite becuase it look's au natural. The cons are minimal, such as pain and a hot sensation lasting about an hour afterwards (but this can be treated with the right moisturizer. Lastly, shaving is the most common (in the US) method for shedding those menacing growths! Benefits are that its fast, effortless, and inexpensive. The downfalls are by far the worse of all the above: Razorburn, ingrown hairs, red bumps, and by the end of the day you are faced with an embarrassing five o'clock shadow! Of course there's laser hair removal and electrolysis if you are looking for a more long lasting approach, but bear in mind you will spend more $$$. There is what is called sugar waxing. This uses an natural paste or gel made from food-derived ingredients like sugar, water and lemon juice to remove the hair follicle from the root and results can last up to six weeks, and temporary results can result to permanent. There are a few different recipes you'll find, but the real receipe conists of only natural ingredients. Another less popular method is called hair threading removal in which cotton thread is pulled along unwanted hair in a twisting motion, to trap hair in a mini lasso, and lifts hair right out of the follicle. Stay smooth!

This very question took me down a strange road indeed. http://davidwarren.hubpages.com/hub/Sha … ard-styles
I've never written anything here on HP that wasn't my own idea and written also for my own enjoyment of the writing process. I saw this question and subsequently visited the weekly forum topic and gave it a shot. I thought perhaps I should "get with the program" a bit more here on HP and give this weekly topic thing a try.
I hope its ok to answer a question with a question here, if not please excuse my laziness for not checking first. Although making a few dollars or cents here does sound like an attractive idea I've never written anything on HP with that in mind. That is until I answered the above question with a hub. So now I am thinking more about HP from the standpoint of what do they want from me? Should I be writing borderline promotional SEO minded articles now and then in order to succeed here or have I completely overthought this? Should I be writing but covertly promoting simultaneously? Also, please don't take this the wrong way I'm not being a smart a.. or putting HP down, I love it here. The hub I answered the above question would certainly need revising and polishing but is this the type of writing I should be focusing on in order to succeed here on HP?

    Hope you enjoy it too.
Hope I managed to post this correctly, even though i didn't go through the right procedures. Hope it's a part of the weekly topic anyway?

It's something that varies person to person. For instance a clean shave doesn't suits me at all and this is what majority of people said when I tried. Now I use trimmer size 2 & I have a very small beard with mustache.
It's my personal opinion that small beard makes everyone looks good. Besides you don't need to shave daily! Setting once in a week is enough.
