Potential clients seeking information about Midwest Cosmetic & Anti-Aging Center might be a little surprised by who they talk to first.
Owner Kimberly Zaidan always answers the phone. This is part of her philosophy that it ‘all starts with the client.?

Zaidan opened Midwest Cosmetic & Anti-Aging Center in Lake Orion just 18 months ago. The medical director is her husband Dr. Jonathan Zaidan, who has his practice in the same building.
Business has been so good, that work is underway to expand into some new space in the back part of the current facility at 1240 South Lapeer Road, Suite 100.
‘You’ll be seeing new signage on Lapeer Road with Midwest Cosmetic name, logo, phone number and services on it,? Zaidan says.
MCAC offers a variety of cosmetic/anti-aging services that are not only cosmetic, but some that are necessary for a client’s well-being.
According to Zaidan, MCAC serves a diverse clientele. ‘Men, women and adolescents are our target population. Our professional medical environment puts all genders and ages at ease.?
‘We will always challenge ourselves to exceed our customers? expectations.?
Extra services for MCAC customers include a reminder phone call and a follow up phone call to ensure a client was satisfied and answer any additional questions.
Bottled water and candy are offered to put the client at ease.
‘Our client service consultants are trained to listen for the client need not to impose their own ideas of what the client should do,? Zaidan says.
All of her staff are well trained, have had work done and use the affordable line of natural skin care products that can be purchased at the center.
Zaidan says that most of her clients work and her business hours accommodate those type of schedules.

Laser Hair Removal — A LightSheer Diode Laser with chill tip is used. This laser is the world’s most advanced treatment for effective removal of unwanted hair
It takes a minimum of four sessions to achieve 90 percent reduction of hair. Sessions last anywhere from 15 minutes for an upper lip to two hours for full legs or back.
Microdermabrasion — the SKINSCape Microdermabrasion System provides a sensible skin smoothing strategy. This 30 minute skin care procedure involves a stream of fine powder directed through a handpiece onto the skin to loosen the surface layer of dead skin cells.
This treatment results in improving dull or uneven skin color, eliminating acne and blackheads, reduces large pores and minimizes old acne scars and fine lines.
Botox — Botox Cosmetic treatment is a simple, non-surgical procedure that smooths the deep persistent lines that result from facial expression. One 10-minute treatment — a few tiny injections — relaxes the muscles that cause those lines to form and keeps them relaxed up to four months.

Spider Veins — Midwest Cosmetics has been helping its clients eliminate embarrassing spider veins with the use of the Light Sheer Diode Laser by Coherant. The laser’s 800-nm wavelength penetrates deeply to reduce the appearance of unsightly spider veins on the leg.
Treatments are performed in less than one hour every three weeks with a significant reduction in the spider vein appearance after three treatments.
