Since the emergence of the COVID-19 crisis, there has been more emphasis worldwide on cleanliness. Even before the Corona virus, Brazils always focused on cleanliness. Since its inception, cleanliness has been the cornerstone of our business. We have gone above and beyond the sanitary requirements set out by the State, and made it the utmost priority to keep our clients and technicians safe from the hazards of unsanitary conditions.
What we do to keep you safe:
When you visit Brazils you will notice that it is spotless. The facilities are cleaned meticulously because of our strict cleanliness standards. Our team scrub the floors, clean the wax rooms, the instruments are sanitized after every service, and each new client enters an environment that is completely untouched by the previous client. We have been doing this since the beginning and will continue to do so, not just because of this time of crisis, but because It has always been the right thing to do.
We don’t double-dip. Each client is given a fresh pot of wax. This is different than other waxing centers where many clients may have received service with the same pot of wax. We don’t ever reuse the same waxing applicators. You may have noticed in your service the wax tech makes one pass with the applicator and then throws it in the trash. We do this as to ensure there is no possibility of cross contamination.
The client’s body never comes in contact with the waxing chair. We use medical-grade sheets that are the same as what you would receive in an ambulance. Each sheet is thrown away after every treatment, and then the chair is sanitized. Our medical drape that is used for privacy is what you would receive in a doctor’s office. We order directly from medical distributors and everything is destroyed after one use.
Our wax techs wear gloves, which you may not find in other waxing centers. We care about the safety of our clients, and the safety of our techs which is why we do everything possible to reduce the amount of human contact during a treatment.
We check in with our employees daily and give them the option to practice social distancing without the risk of losing their job. Our technicians only come in if they are healthy and want to care for clients.
What we ask you to do in this time is to use your best judgment. Many of our locations are still open to service our clients. We have reduced wait times to limit the amount of time you spend in the waiting room and we are providing the best quality service in the most efficient time possible.
