However, we think that they could improve their waiting room a bit more.

We found their waiting room chairs uncomfortable, even for the short 10 minutes that we were there. The design was old and it didn’t quite fit the modern interior of the rest of the clinic.

Parking spaces are sparse but you can get a spot if you come around early enough. Otherwise, you’ll have to park several blocks down, which isn’t exactly the best arrangement.

We appreciate the professionalism and kindness that our doctor showed us during our consultation. They were incredibly patient with our questions and answered each one without a second thought.

They even offered us alternative solutions, in case we changed our minds due to pricing concerns.

Based on our observations, the clinic staff is incredibly cheerful and professional. They greeted us with wide smiles during our appointment.

They also helped us fill out our appointment forms before our consultation.

Waiting rooms and examination rooms were clean and well-organized. Each was also equipped with comfortable furniture, high-tech gadgets, and knick-knacks that gave the rooms more character and energy.

Our doctor was well-informed about their services and products. They carefully walked us through the process of dermal filler procedures.

For everyday customers, this can help ease nerves and comfort worries.

However, we would like to express some discontent with the doctor’s punctuality.

Our doctor arrived 30 minutes later than our scheduled appointment. Although our case wasn’t so urgent, we still would have liked to start our consultation on time.

That way, we could have asked more questions and clarified more things about their services and products.

They have a team of trained and highly qualified technicians. Not to mention certified and award-winning doctors to provide consultations and diagnoses.

Our experience with this clinic was pleasant overall. Booking an appointment was easy and navigating to their location was also a piece of cake.

However, we do think that their receptionist could have been a little more polite and attentive.

They didn’t give us the usual welcome that we experienced with other providers. We felt like they were ignoring us until the moment we walked up to the receptionist’s desk and informed them about our appointment.

All that aside, the rest of our experience was amazing.

The waiting room had comfortable seating so we were cozy while we waited for our turn. They also had a beverage counter, so clients could sip on water, tea, or coffee while they waited.

Examination rooms were equipped with the latest tech on the medical aesthetics market. Each room was spick and span, every component organized and well-maintained.

Both the technicians and the doctors seemed pretty savvy with their instruments. We believe it’s the result of regular training and seminars.

The clinic environment was a little generic for our tastes. There wasn’t anything that made it stand out from the other stores in the location.

Still, we admire how well-equipped their examination rooms were.

Our doctor was attentive and reassuring, making sure to ease our worries about dermal fillers. They didn’t hesitate to answer any of our questions and even gave us a full rundown of how the procedure would go.

Based on our surveys of previous clients, many feel grateful for Glenmore’s dedication to the safety and comfort of their clients.
