- Production of elements- elements like sodium and aluminum can be produced by using compounds that dissolve in water and ionize or in there molten state. The metal cat-ions are
reduced to metal atoms at the cathode, and the non-metal anions are
reduced to non-metal atoms at the anode.
- The technologies that are based on electrolysis are used in our daily lives all the time. Whether it be for greener energy or more durable metals, underground or in the air electrolysis is used everywhere.

The hair is then removed with tweezers.
