About us

Arcana is a Hair, Beauty & Specialist Treatment Centre for Men, Women and Children based in Shenley Brook End, Milton Keynes. Established in 2003 Arcana is a family run business that has spent a decade achieving ‘5 star-rated’ industry recognition, government recognised employer status (Top 100 UK, 2013) and multiple awards in hair, beauty and customer services. Open 7 days a week including late nights midweek (mon-thurs) until 9pm, with unlimited free parking right outside and an eclectic mix of 32 hair and beauty professionals to choose from; what’s not to love?
