Plaintiff seeks judgment of $230,000, and punitive damages of $100,000.

On May 15, plaintiff alleges, following the improper and unauthorized DNR order by Simonds, Stinnett disconnected him from life support, causing his death. Plaintiff seeks judgment of $50 million.
