It’s been a wonky two years. Many of us feel different. Many of us look different. One random afternoon in January, I popped back in the car forgetting I had an N95 mask on and that’s when I saw it in the rear view mirror – my face being pushed and smushed from the mask, causing wrinkles all around. I read over the various treatments, reviews and before and afters, perusing what might be the best first step for me as I wasn’t looking for anything too evasive.
When I had a consult with Dr. Simpson, she really listened when I told her I have
sensitive skin and that I want to make thoughtful choices. (I mean, I also want to do “all the things,” I think, but, baby steps.) I also want my skin to look like it did in my 20s (but for that we’d need a magician).
We set up a HydraFacial, and when I had my appointment with Nicole, who was about my same age, she told me what the treatment would entail and what to expect throughout the 45-minutes.
